Akh-Starlogy collects participant email addresses and quiz responses solely for: delivering Soul Profile results, providing requested follow-up communication, improving the quiz experience, and offering optional future services and content.

Participant information is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Users may unsubscribe from communication at any time using the unsubscribe link included in all emails.

Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, referral source, and submission timestamps. This information may be used to operate the quiz, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, improve site performance, and understand how visitors interact with the experience.

Birth Details & Submission Integrity

When you complete the Soul Profile Quiz we collect your date of birth, place of birth, and — if you choose to provide it — your time of birth. These details are used to prepare your Soul Profile and to maintain the integrity of the experience.

For integrity purposes we also create a one-way, irreversible code derived from your birth details. This code cannot be converted back into your birth information. It allows us to recognise when the same birth profile has been submitted more than once, together with a normalized copy of your email address, a securely hashed record of the submission IP address, and an anonymous browser identifier.

This information is used only internally, is visible only to authorized Akh-Starlogy administrators, and is never shown to other customers or shared with third parties. Duplicate signals are reviewed by a person — they are not used to automatically reject anyone. You may request deletion of your submission and associated integrity records at any time by contacting us.
